100%"Rick and his team completed a really difficult drainage job that involved a couple of days digging a trench beneath the house by hand as the original builder (many years ago) did not do it properly. They then completed a large trench around the bottom part of the house to stop water entering the basement again. His team were friendly, hard working and the quality of the work was spot on. All of this done during a week of bad Auckland wet weather. Rick explained what they would do before… commencing the work and they did it. Towards the end of the job, at my request, he added a further drain in another part of the property and had the whole job done on time and on budget as per quote. 100%"For the past couple of years i have had drainage problems. From continuous blocked toilet to blocked drains. $400 + every call out. Recommendation to call Rick. Wednesday morning spoke with Rick. Wednesday afternoon one of his best guys was out checking and keeping me up to date on what needed to be done. quote was given that day. Asked when they could start the job they said tomorrow thursday. WOW... I'll take it. Thursday the team turned up with all the gear and within 2 to 3 hrs the job was… done. Not only did they finish the job but kept me informed of everything they were doing. And cleaned up the whole site. I was quoted from other companies the job would take 2 to 3 days. The cost $8000 to $10000 from other companies. Absolutely highly recommend Rick and his team. Fast, friendly a job well done. Fantastic and so grateful for everything you did. 95%"I know next to nothing about drainage. The job was non-urgent. It wasn't easy to get three quotes for three different solutions with a huge variation in price and approach.
Rick's solution was not the cheapest but much lower-priced than the scary highest quote. It took a bit of chasing to get things done, but I do appreciate that tradepeople are busy these days.
His team and he did a good and efficient job once they were here. Now, I just to have to wait for the grass to grow back to… cover the part of the lawn that was dug up. I will find out in time if the solution works, but I think it should.

This job, a blocked stromwater drain, was not easy. TDS wre very eeficient in locating the promlem and getting it fixed. The site was cramped for space in which to work so had to be hand dug. I called Rick and he responded, listened to my problem, inspected the site and immediately gave me the answer that he would fix it with a drain sump and connect to the stormwater system. 100%"I had a toilet flooding problem on and off. In the end I was frustrated after trying a few times and cannot figure out by myself.
Neil and Rick investigated by camera that the problem was apparently tree roots which caused drain blocked. It was a major work that requires 3 guys and 2 full days to complete the job. Digger was hired during the work.
I am totally know nothing about the drain stuff, but these guys did the job! Problem is fixed. Very quick, efficient and really nice guys.… After job finished, Rick, Neil and Shane cleaned up the whole area and recovered the garden for us afterwards.

The work was started when it was said it would be and completed in 31/2 days from start to finish. There was minimum disruption of water supply for only a few hours while the old tank was dismantled and the new tanks put in place, filled, and reconnected. The property was left clean and tidy. "
