He pointed out we were missing a valve that would have voided our insurance. No other plumber has spotted this. This alone is enough to say Mike its an outstanding vendor. But hes attended to several remediations at our address that have resolved some long standing stressfull plumbing woes! Leaking spouting, replacing shower heads / mixers, broken flush… valves on the loo, replacing kitchen taps. The work involved the plumbing associated with the removal of an old 'single basin' vanity unit and replacing it with a 'double basin' unit. Mike sent me texts to keep me abreast of what was happening in his day (and when he would arrive). That is a basic politeness which so many contractors seem to think doesn’t apply to them and to me that is very important.
He didn’t waste time and in the last downfall of rain the guttering seems to have worked as it should.
His charge was also fair ~ so, thoroughly recommended.

He's really thorough and is great at explaining what the problem is and your options for fixing it. This time we have an emergency leak and he came out straight away, diagnosed the problem and then helped us organise the drain unblockers to come out and fix the next bit that needed doing. He's really reasonable with his pricing… and very honest about the time he spends on the job.
