We had a hot water cylinder leak which had been concealed behind a wall from the previous owners. Once the wall was removed there was quite a mess but Plumbwise had a new cylinder in for us the next morning.

"Plumbwise did a fantastic job replacing two toilets for me less than two weeks before Christmas. Kevin got back to me quickly after I rang him. I was on crutches and could only shop for toilets online so he sourced and sent pics of ones he thought would be right (really nice and much cheaper than the ones I had suggested to him.) The guys turned up right on time and did a great job installing them and left the place spotless. Will definitely be using Plumbwise again."

"Used this site to find a local plumber, just needed a couple of repairs done. After reading the reviews I decided on Plumbwise. "Excellent service. My Basin Mixer Tap in our toilet was constantly running due to the plastic housing holding the hot water washer had broken in the cartridge and I had to isolate the water supply to the house. This was an issue as I had four boys at home for the school holidays.
Kevin fitted a new tap and water was returned all in two hours."

"John was super easy to communicate with over the phone and in person; he came at 7am to check the problem as promised. After the assessment he came back within half an hour with his tools and gears to fix it. The job took 3 hours, I had to go to work while John was working on it but it's such a relief to receive a text to confirm the job was done and came home to a clean and working toilet. The bill was also as John estimated, no surprise there. Would recommend their service to others :)"

"Trying to find a really reliable plumber to fix the troublesome leaking water main. called Kevin one day last week, and I am really impressed how he actually takes time to listen to me and explain to me the options I have before we even met. during my experience with trades people, Kevin is one of the very few who actually puts himself into customer's shoes.
even though it turns out to be a major water main replacement job and he still Kindly refers me to the right drilling company. and he came to connect the new water main smoothly.

"Called the company and basically the next day they were at our place, did the job requested in an hour. Now our hot water cylinder doesn't do any more weird sounds like an old cranky submarine and we have a very nice shower hot water mixer installed on our bath tub instead of two separate taps like we used to have before. Can't fault anything, reliable and very good service and work. Found them on the nocowboys website and will definitely recommend their services.

The first time was for a toilet cistern that would not stop emptying.
The second was for a tricky situation. A hot water pipe was leaking (well, gushing really) inside an external wall cavity in my kitchen. John was able to offer a good solution to that problem.

"Plumbwise have done three jobs for me over the past year. They replaced a corroded low-grade kitchen mixer, and then a mint-condition 40-year old hot water cylinder with a mains pressure cylinder. The cylinder replacement was more complex than I had expected as the installation had to be brought up to comply with current building codes. Kevin ensured that quality brand products were supplied without breaking the bank. He liaised with his electrician colleague to allow prompt completion of the job. His work and that of his brother Chris were very neat and tradesman/craftsman-like; and they were health and work safety conscious. Lastly, Kevin arrived in good time to unblock a sink that had unexpectedly clogged when my house was on the market. I can report that the auction price was very pleasing."

"Used this company to sort out our hot water tank. Chris soon established that our current tank was leaking and gave us a realistic estimate of the work involved in replacement. He returned shortly after and we were impressed with the quality of workmanship and the cheery manner of Chris. Chris cleaned up after himself. Excellent job! "Kevin installed a new 80m long watermain pipe from our water meter to our house.
I was impressed with the speed in which Plumbwise arrived on site and got stuck into the work.

Our water pressure has increased dramatically because of Kevin's recommendation to increase the pipe diameter from 15mm to 25mm which has made a large difference to us.

The site was left exactly as I expected in a tidy condition."

"Definitely would use this company again and have already recommended them to my neighbours. A leak had developed in my roof; Contacted Plumbwise on recommendation of this site. Kevin arrived on time, inspected roof (both outside & inside) and explained clearly what the problem was and repaired that day (rain yesterday was a good test). No leaks - hooray

"Two of my gutters were completely rotted. One was standard size but awkward to reach by ladders (cherry picker rented) and the second had to be custom made and ran underneath the carport roof. John came to the house to assess the task the day that I contacted him. He thoroughly explained the nature of the job, how long it would take and provided an estimated date for the work. A clear quote followed, which specified in detail the work that would be done and the cost. Following confirmation, John sent an email notification of the start date, which was the exact date that he estimated. I could tell from the quote that John would ensure that not only the gutter replacements were done but that he would make sure that the cosmetic aspects of the job were also handled. In addition to john's conscientious approach to the gutters, he also made sure that the site was clean before he left. John is also a courteous professional. The Invoice had no surprises. I highly recommend Plumbwise and John Jeffries."

"John recently replaced our guttering and spouting and did a great job. We had a couple different quotes and John's was the best price. However, we didn't select Plumbwise on price alone, but looked up their reviews and that sealed the decision. John and the guys were courteous, easy going, tidy and focussed on the job at hand. We had other work being done and John liaised with the other tradesmen to make sure the guttering would be at the right height for the installation of the conservatory. "John recently replaced my hot water system. Excellent work. Very impressed and very happy with the job. A minor issue was responded to very quickly and fixed without any problem as I was about to leave for a business trip for a few days. I intend to give them further work on my bathroom and highly recommend this team. I found them very fair and realistic, attentive to detail, and on-to-it. Reliability was also important here and both John and Keven were on the job when they said they would be. I felt that I was kept informed of the process throughout. Hire them!"

"Last year I completed a renovation which needed new plumbing everywhere, from a new hot water cylinder through to new kitchen/bathroom in new locations.
