4 months agoOur experience with Edward and extended team has been nothing short of sensational. What convinced me to work with Ed was his non-pushy sales approach (did not hound me for the sale) and the overall better dimensions (wider than most pools) and truer depth. His recommendations for contractors was spot on - and the contractors in return highly rated Ed. Added bonus was that the pool was about $10k less and I feel we received more!

a year agoEdward and the team have been absolutely amazing no obstacle was too hard for them; from helping with a tricky consent process to organising a helicopter to get the pool on site. The end result is fantastic and my kids, their friends and extended family are getting great use out it. The support after installation has been great as well! I would highly recommend them.

4 months agoWe love our pool! Tori and the team have been great to deal with. Super grateful to Tori who went above and beyond to make sure the project was well organised and that the kids were able to swim by summer. The install team were fantastic, Dylan with his knowledge and making sure we understand the chemical balance of our pool on handover. Our finished pool looks stunning. A great company that I’d highly recommend!!

4 months agoWe engaged Principal Pools as our pool installer after checking out many other companies. We found Principal had the best range of shapes and colours, and went with the 8m Elegance in silver. We were kept well informed through out the planning and delivery stages. The pool shell is exceptional quality and was professionally installed by the team. Handover was very thorough making sure we understood how to keep the salt and pH in the optimum ranges. Can recommend Edward, Tori and the team if you are in the market for a pool.
