The two workmen arrived exactly when promised, and ensured the access to the adjoining kitchen was sealed off before beginning the work. They were extremely polite and pleasant and worked quickly to complete the work to a very high standard. Their equipment included extractor fans, and we were pleasantly… surprised at the minimal amount of dust created. The resulting floor surface was very clean and smooth, and the carpet layer even commented on it. Not only was the work completed to a very high standard, we were invoiced less than the quote as the work did not take as long as expected. Not everyone takes on apartment jobs and I was very happy when Eugene was recommended by the team at Tiles Warehouse. Eugene was busy at the time but he managed to fit my job. 100%"We contacted the Pro Uplifters prior to Covid-19 lockdown and were scheduled (but not yet measured) to have ur 60’ish sqm of tiles uplifted the first Monday after lockdown. Obviously that couldn’t happen! The back office team (Monisha) worked with us during level 4 with an exchange of requirements and photos to ensure they could get the job done when rules allowed. At level 3, with strict social distancing and PPE, Eugene co-ordinated and supervised his lads to get what was expected to be… a 2-3 day job done in a day. We were well prepared having taped up our cupboards etc and they brought in very sucky motor to deal with the rest. We are delighted with the result and the express uplift! 98%"We contracted Pro-Uplifters to do a fairly complicated job. it involved removing old floor tiles and to buff the floor so new matching tiles could be laid. What made this job which may sound simple was the fact that heavy industrial Washers and dryers were already commissioned on a previously occupied retail shop.
We made inquires at the time and only Eugene and his team were prepared to work after hours and promised the equipment already installed will be fully protected with dust covers and… all care will be taken.
Pro-Uplifters completed the job well within the time frame and end result was unbelievable.
They utilize the most modern machinery and proper tools. With right gear this messy and dusty job was accomplished without any issues and as mentioned previously, it was an outstanding end result

98%"Renovating a house that required the removal of 50 square metres of floor tiles from a concrete floor. I didn't even realise that there were companies doing this type of thing. Eugene's crew came in and broke up all of the tiles AND removed them from the property , leaving only minimal dust behind. The tiler was able to lay the new tiles with out any further remedial work (he had originally thought he may need to grind the floor first) such was the finish. I had a large area of 70m2 in a commercial shop to be uplifted, they arrived on time (after hours) and worked into the night. Very impressive machinery made for a troublefree and speedy job. The concrete floor was stripped back flat for tiling the next morning. All up it was done and dusted in 3 hours, amazing. All rubbish cleared up and disposed of.
I would not hesitate to recommend Eugene as an honest, trustworthy and professional Uplifter.

100%"We were very pleased with the service, especially as the job was a pretty hard one with tiles glued firmly to chipboard flooring! There was less dust than I expected despite the hammering and smashing, and clean-up was very good. Just the occasional tiny chip still turns up on top of high cupboards! The sanding made a great surface for putting down the tile underlay and our tiler was happy with what he had to work with.

Eugene Janssen the director of Pro-Uplifters has been in the flooring industry for 35 years. Previously, Eugene used to own a tiling company. He has worked and completed some large projects. In 2014 Eugene changed his profession and started Pro-Uplifters, specialising in floor coverings removal services.
He has great client and customer service ethics and leads by example. He has a huge passion for his business, work and the industry he is servicing.

We specialise in floor coverings removal services that includes tiles, carpets, vinyl, lino, wood, laminated floors as well as removing and grinding floor adhesives. Our latest ride on removal machine has the capability to remove the coverings and glues both at the same time. With our Hi Tech ride on machine large commercial removals can be completed in a very quick and fast method.
