"I chose Property Solutions to repaint the interior of my townhouse; the quote was detailed and reasonable based on a Winter Special rate - unexpectedly I had to fly overseas at very short notice and literally had to leave them to it. Eric and the team just got on with the job, they were 100% reliable and Eric is extremely responsive, replying to my emails quickly giving me peace of mind through the whole process. I was delighted with the overall painting and repairs that had been done, nothing… is too much trouble for Eric and the team who were also quick to return to finish off some areas to ensure I was happy with the overall job, even offering to refit my smoke alarm. It is so refreshing to deal with quality tradesmen like Property Solutions who you can trust and are committed to providing great customer service, highly recommend."

"I recently had Property Solutions fix some wall damage and paint my walls, and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. The damage to my walls was quite extensive, and I was worried that it would be difficult to fix. However, the team at Property Solutions did a fantastic job of repairing the walls and making them look like new. They were also very professional and efficient, and they completed the work on time and within budget.
I was particularly impressed with the quality of… the painting. The paint job was flawless, and the colors were exactly what I wanted. The team at Property Solutions took the time to carefully prep the walls before painting, and they used high-quality paint. "The team at property solutions have completed our roof maintenance job from start to finish without any stress. It was leaking in a number of areas. Eric and his team came out and investigated the cause and found some cracked tiles, flashings and point waits require attention.
Quoted within 1 day and started the flooring week from roof wash, point work, sourcing and replacing tiles then fixed all flashings to make sure it was weather proofed again.

Charges were reasonable and well explained the maximum time required for the job above the 2 storied property.. Eric also guaranteed workmanship for 5 years. "Eric and his team completed a painting job for the upstairs interior of our house. Timely communication, and a very reasonable price. They completed the job on time, with good communication both during and after the job (photos were taken as we were overseas). However, once we arrived at the property we were let down by the quality of the work. Preparation seemed rushed in some areas, or not done at all (even though it was quoted and discussed as being part of the work package). Over painting… occurred on the wooden ceiling, and drips of paint on the new carpet. They were quick to try and rectify the issues (of what they could) and did come back to fix up some areas- but again the quality and care factor let them down (the re-paint was average and rushed). Overall, the work was completed on time, at a reasonable price. But was let down by preparation and attention to detail. Recommended if top quality finish is not required."

"This is the second occasion we have used the services of Eric from Property Solutions and I would have no hesitation in recomending them. There had been a major leak in the master bedroom and as a result two huge holes were made in the wall to get to the water pipes. Eric's team stripped the wallpaper, then plastered and patched the holes. Then the walls, ceiling, skirting boards, door and windows were painted. The end result was exceptional. The team doing the job were true professionals.… Every care was taken whilst the work was being completed and the wonderful painter left everything neat and tidy. Also the quotation for the job was very competitive. Eric always calls in to check on progress and at the end of the job to ensure all has been completed to your satisfaction. Will be using Property Solutions again."

"PSNZ undertook multiple projects at my residence. Work included: structural repairs, whole house interior paint and external paint. The team was diligent and on time. I found the owner (Eric) to be very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Offered various alternatives that helped reduce the cost while maintain quality. As for fees, I found it to be reasonable. My overall experience was hustle free mainly due to excellent workmanship and management. In closing, I highly recommend them and… will continue using their services."

"I have contracted Eric and his guys to carry out the plastering and re-painting of our five bedroom home interior As well as the restoration of our concrete tile roof that required repointing, cleaning and repaint.
He was recommended to us through a family friend.
Eric was a very professional person and easy to deal with and he seemed to have great experience in his field and he advised us on the correct method and product to use.
Him and his guys worked throughout the 14 or so days to… ensure the job gets done in a timely manner.

Eric was very kind to volunteerly get one of his guys to Chem wash our deck at no additional charge just to show his appreciation for the cookies and tea/coffee we shouted them which was a very nice gesture of him.

I would highly recommend him.

"Property Solutions NZ Ltd completed the external and internal painting of our property. The property is on a prime location facing Pupuke Lake required first class, five star painting job.The house have a designer cedar cladding.
Property Solutions NZ Ltd done an excellent job painting the cladding, the fascia and soffit. During the project we had problem with some soffit timber installed and had water marks, we had to remove and replace the timber. But Eric from Property Solution impressed us… with his problem solving skills, he sourced an oil base paint and used it to remove the marks and produced an excellent finish.

Eric also solved the problem of marked architrave timber during the internal painting. We strongly recommend Property Solutions NZ Ltd. They are good guys, honest and reasonable."
