"Nathan was the overseer of the work that was done when we had our ranch sliders replaced and a new one put in where there had been just a bedroom window. We had two builders, one of them was an apprentice and they were excellent. We are very pleased with the results and the way they interacted with us answering our questions. They were very professional and helpful. I also really liked the way they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, vacuuming and sweeping where necessary. We were happy with the price and the workmanship. We would definitely recommend them to others."

"Nathan was recommended to us by a friend to reinstate our retaining wall that was damaged in the Auckland floods. We had seen Nathan's work at our friend's house and so were happy with the recommendation.
Nathan came onsite and provided us a clear and precise quote for the work that needed to be done.

"We engaged Quality Build to carry out renovations on our 1970s home.
The works included upgrading existing subsoil drainage, retrofitting and waterproofing existing block walls, and installing an external wooden retaining wall and two flights of stairs. They also installed internal walls and a bathroom, re-cladded one external wall, and sourced and fitted double-glazed joinery.

Nathan helped us through the planning phase and the various variations and contract options. Upon signing our contract, Nathan appointed his sight manager, Richard, and the team went into action.

Nathan sourced and managed drain layers, electricians, block layers, plasters and decorators as required. All of the above services worked seamlessly with the building team and a roofing & flooring subcontractor we had engaged individually.

We will definitely use Nathan and his team again if required. With their attention to detail and regular communication, we completed our reservation within the agreed budget and timeframe."

"I work in construction and I know it's not easy to find a builder that cares about what he does. I found him by chance and it was clear at the first meeting we had that the relationship will work. And it did, Nathan replaced most of our windows and put insulation in our walls. Extra works had to be done but all was reasonable in term of programme and additional cost. Getting scaffold up on day 1, glass out, remedial work and final measure on day 2 and glass back in on day 3 must be a record of some sort.

Even though it was fully scaffolded, working 6 metres in the air could not have been easy, especially with the trek round the building complex.

"Working with Nathan, Hayden and Matt was an absolute pleasure. They did 3 pieces of work so I experienced a variety of their capabilities. Nathans engagement was professional, knowlegeable and most importantly honest and efficient. I found the charges extremely reasonable, the estimates never went over budget and the team were polite and always left my house at the end of the day extremely livable - even though I was in a construction site. In 1 month they changed out 5 windows in my Kitchen and Master Bedroom changing the profile of one window in my Master. They then built a Pergola over my courtyard that looks as if it was always there and lastly did a renovation in my Master, Toilet and Bathroom. Nathan organised trades as I needed but was just as happy for me to involve tradies that I knew. Nathan's communication throughout the process was faultless everything was delivered on time and too budget with minimal disruption to my life.
