100%"I discovered a water leak that was unseen behind the laundry tub and which had obviously been leaking for some time and necessitated replacement of a section of the floor in the laundry and part of the toilet floor in the adjoining room.
I called a few "no cowboy" builders listed in my area, being just after the lockdown, they were all busy, including Wayne Conder of R & B building Contractors Ltd. But he kindly arranged to come and give me a quote within a few days. This was… accepted and in due course, he arranged his guys to do the repairs even earlier than originally scheduled. All aspects of the job were completed efficiently and professionally, right down to cleaning up and removing the debris.
