Asked Rob to re- silicone around back of toilet and around shower drain. Silicone colour did not match other silicone in shower. Half the silicone around toilet was white and half was clear! Not a very tidy job. "

We asked him to come because the hot water cylinder was on its way out . We asked for a quote to either just pop another cylinder into the same space or an alternative quote to move the cylinder somwhere else, thereby releasing a cupboard for very badly needed storage space.

Amazingly, Rob told me that there was no need for more storage space !!!! .Then instead… of discussing and quoting on the two options we asked for, he questioned why we needed more cupbaord space quetioning why we needed more cupboard space, and kept making suggestions about where to put a cupboard (including building one against the wall iand sticking out from the wall n the lounge !

I hinted gently that we were asking for a quote on the two options of the plumbing work we decided we wanted, but it must have been a very gentle hint because Rob walked through the place, and continued to make suggestions as to where a cupboard could be built.

He was asked to come to quote on two plumbing secenarios scenarios. He didnt do that. He never got back to me, and never said he wasnt going to quote, jsut left me waiting. I waited in vain. He left me in the lurch. I am totally unimpressed. For me his behaviour was inappropriate and he was unreliable."
