"Phoned RD plumbing as has heard some great reviews in the local community. Had issues with our stormwater pipes and were also losing water from our tank! Rowan and his team were to the job fast and efficient and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble and they even managed my 7 year olds terrible plumbing jokes with a smile! "We tried a number of plumbers before Rowan and either got no response or received poorly drawn up quotes from all of them. Rowan and his team were recommended to us and they exceeded all of our expectations. He responded to our calls, provided itemised, well priced quotes, and did both a site inspection, and prompt install, despite not being local. "Rowan did some bathroom renovations at our place. He replaced the toilet, vanity and bath. He also fitted new taps, moved water pipes etc. He did a brilliant job. "Rowan has recently replaced all black dux piping and installed a new toilet for us.His communication is excellent,he is skilled,knowledgeable and informative with a great work ethic/etiquette.He is honest and provided a cost itemised estimate for all the bits and pieces etc,so one knows exactly what they are paying for.His costs are competitive and very reasonable.he is customer focused and will go the extra distance to cause the least unneccessary costs/damage.,all the while conscious of doing things correctly for long term security.A top plumber who ticks all the boxes.I highly recommend."

"Rowan was recommended to me by my Electrician as I needed a roof vent for the bathroom fan. He contacted me and arrived at my place a few days later on time to do the job. The job was done to my satisfaction within a few hours. A few days later I received the invoice and the pricing on labour and materials were clearly shown. "a pleasure to find a tradesman that does not want to rip me off and completes a job both expertly and efficiently. rowan was able to work within hours that were suitable for me, worked quickly, and when a couple of weeks later another plumbing problem occurred was able fit the work in the same day. from fixing the toilet pipe to negotiating a temperamental over flow tank, rowan remains friendly and professional."
