As others have said, Rob is an excellent communicator and has assembled a quality team of tradies. Our renovation was never going to be straightforward - the bathroom was built onto an older house in the 1990s and was not done well. Rob found creative ways to overcome challenges… and always checked in with me before making changes to the plan.

Rob is a perfectionist with excellent attention to detail. After the job was complete, he called to say that he wasn’t happy with the design of the small vanity in the toilet, which had led to the door marking the wall. He proposed a solution, fixed the issue and restored the paintwork. This wasn’t an issue that he was responsible for, but he wasn’t happy to leave it.

The quality of the work is consistently outstanding; the tiling deserves a special mention as Kenny was meticulous. Overall, we think we got excellent value for money considering the quality of the work and the fact that Rob made the process easy for us. Highly recommended."

Once the job started, he and his team turned up on time and always left the house tidy. After the first day on the job, Rob ensured he gave me an update on what… they found and the schedule for the next two weeks.

We had a hiccup with the tiles we chose (our fault not his) but Rob managed this with ease, eventually choosing a tile for us that I absolutely love and a complimentary colour for the wall.

Rob was a pleasure to work with. He\'s very down to earth and knows his stuff. You can\'t help but put your trust in him. A job well done!"
