"We contacted Stephen to give us advice about the state of our foundations when we were in the process of selling our house, based on a report from the purchaser. His communication with us was friendly and timely, and he got around for his inspection really fast (which we appreciated given the circumstances!). He explained his findings clearly and then provided us with one of the clearest and concise reports I've seen (which is many considering my line of work). His report resolved the concerns raised by the purchaser, and he fielded a phone call follow up from the purchaser as well. I would highly recommend Stephen as a knowledgeable and professional foundation expert."

"Stephen visited our property and gave us advice on how to manage repiling our aging home. Stephen was knowledgeable and experienced. Although the amount of work our property requires is significant Stephen gave us calm and measured advice without being dramatic. Stephen's advice was that we engage an engineer to provide us with a foundation plan before we seek any quotes from repilers, as the quotes should be based only on an engineers advice. He also connected us with engineers who could help. We appreciated that Stephen sat with us and gave us his time to work through our questions. After his visit we had a good understanding of what is needed and we feel confident people are out there who know how to manage the drainage and repiling issues that exist on properties such as ours. It was great to hear that this is a manageable everyday problem for people such a Stephen and the engineers."

"Stephen has been so great. We brought him in to inspect our foundations shortly after we bought our house and he gave completely grounded, honest advice (totally to his own detriment!)
He has also helped us to inspect a house we were interested in purchasing. Despite being on a busy schedule he made time to get us the quote and it was SUPER thorough and helpful (and again very honest). Based on his superb advice we decided to walk away from the house and feel absolutely great about it.

"Job started then no work for the last 4 weeks and no communication. I have emailed and left phone messages to contact me. The job was to be done in 10 days but has been dragging on in small spurts for 4 months. Job site is left unfinished with no explanation. if anyone sees Stephen please tell him to call me"

"Integrity Foundations did two things for me. I had a stand alone deck with a step built at the back of my house and some work done under the floor replacing three piles along with broken floor joists. The repiling work has relevelled and strengthened the floor in the family room. The work Stephen did achieved exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended."

"Integrity Foundations was the first company applied my job of foundation pin up, efficient to arrange a site visit and gave honest comment on the necessary of the work. The work was found later not as simple as per first inspection, Stephen provided solution straight away. To meet the agreed schedule, Stephen even worked until midnight for couple days. That was not expected and I really appreciated his hard working. Regarding communication, both Stephen and Sara were good, prompt replies and always kept me up to date with work progress. The job has finished. I am very happy with the outcome and will use them again if there is any foundation work required in the future."

"I had a possible structural problem with my deck beams. I'd engaged a Structural Engineer for advice and upon receiving that, contacted Stephen to carry out the remedial work required. Straight away, Stephen knew exactly what to do upon a visual inspection - his advice matched the SE's without me offering it first. "I engaged Stephen to conduct an inspection of the foundations of my house with a view to getting some re piling or reveling work done. Initial indicators were doors that wouldn't shut and wonky walls etc. Sure enough Stephen confirmed that a re-leveling and partial re-pile was required. Stephen promptly provided a detailed inspection report and quote to re-mediate the issues. The work was carried out efficiently, on time and budget, and the site was kept clean and tidy. Plus, he kept me informed of progress at all times. The work made an immediate difference to the house and I can now sleep easy knowing the house is on a solid foundation! "We contacted three builders to give us a quote to construct a deck and boardwalk for us. Stephen Potter turned up on time, gave us a quote that included a 'cost analysis' and more importantly was prepared to work around our crazy schedules. Integrity Foundations were not the cheapest by any stretch but we were really happy that we went with them. Our deck is amazing: he used Vitex and stainless steel bugle screws which has made our outdoor area an amazing place to be. The boardwalk is perfect! The bugle screws make the difference, and the finish is faultless. Two of our friends have asked for Stephens details and we were happy to give them his contact details. You won't find better."

"The windows and doors in our home were impossible to shut. We had to get a locksmith in just before Christmas 2014 to change the position of the lock on our front door. We got a builder around to fix the windows so these could close. He said that there were issues with the foundations and we should contact some people who did that kind of work. We contacted 3 businesses, the best one by far was Integrity Foundations. They were not the cheapest but Stephen (the boss) knew what he was talking about. The team turned up on time, kept the grounds tidy and were very respectful of our home, neighbours and the street. Integrity Foundations even got a skip bin delivered in the morning and made sure it was gone before lunchtime. They were amazing. I'll be recommending Integrity Foundations to anyone who has similar problems to ours."
