Dan's quote was in line with our expectations, he was flexible in working with us as we finalised our design (during the build) and his communications skills were exemplary. On the day of the inspection Rocket Residential’ s lead builder, Daniel, greeted us at the gate on time for our appointment, ready to start the inspection.

Prior to starting, he outlined his personal inspection… guidelines giving a clear understanding on what he was looking for, what he could see to inspect (and what he couldn’t) and how they related to the building code and then set off to with the inspection - foundations, roof cavity, insulation, cracks, water stains, water pressure, light fittings, garbage disposal, door clearances, gib and paint finishing’s, water tightness – the list went on.

I was able to accompany Daniel who was happy to point out issues ahead of his report to remedy immediately with the realtor. Around the property he identified sink and man holes and issue with a neighbour’s fence we had not noticed, he even went as far as providing home maintenance tips and renovations to consider in the future.

We found the inspection to be comprehensive and thorough, Daniels professionalism and ability to cut through the trade speak and convey his findings in simple English gave my wife confidence we were making the right purchase.

The building inspection report was detailed and prompt following his inspection, allowing us time to negotiate with the realtors and owner before signing.

Daniel understood the importance of a safe and secure home to raise our young family in and we are confident he gave us the best start possible in our new home.
