"CJ manages our small portfolio of rental properties and many of the tenants are people we have known for a long time and have a relationship with. This can make it very difficult to have conversations about money, property maintenance etc. CJ takes away all that pain for us so we can just forget about the properties except when she needs our input on something. "Found our tenant had not paid for 3 months just a month before leaving for Australia for 2 years. Get her out, found a excellent police man who paid on time. Significant amount of work with the healthy homes initiative - mad it all easy. Highly recommend, should have gotten her before and would have saved me some headaches when I was managing the property."

They have advised us through some difficult processes caused by our, now previous manager, supported with decision making and find only really ideal tenants. CJ has developed excellent systems, which help her team run properties efficiently and to a higher standard than any manager we have had in the past. "My wife and I highly recommend Saltark Property Management to all landlords - CJ and her team provide a highly professional friendly and dedicated service and I particularly appreciate that CJ and her staff are experts in their field of property management, highly knowledgeable and provide a 24/7 service for emergencies and provide excellent service in all aspects of looking after the properties, marketing for tenants, vetting and selecting tenants, managing rent receipts and accounting processes for landlords - monthly statements are always timely and accurate including bank transfers to landlords. Saltark staff are particularly dedicated to ensuring properties are kept in good order, rent managed, inspections completed and required maintenance followed up, whether a tenant or landlord responsibility

"Cj began looking after our property about 2 years ago. Up until then we had had it with a property management company that had a high turn over of staff . They had neglected to inform us of maintenance issues even though they were doing inspections every 3 months. The property was also being rented for well below market rates. CJ has worked hard with us to overcome the maintenance problems and has been making sure that we are on the way to receiving the correct weekly rental rate for our property.."

"We were referred to CJ as we wanted a property manager for flat we were about to rent to our daughter and her flatmate. We were concerned to have a someone else handle the management so we scould keep our family and tenancy separate. CJ met is, explained how she would handle the tenancy, what we could expect and the costs. She gave us confidence that she would be firm with the tenants and would expect they keep the property in great condition.
She has always been excellent in her communication - written reports monthly and calling us if she felt we should know any details. She set high standards with the tenants and has maintained a very good relationship with us and them. CJ gives us peace of mind with this rental property. Her 3 monthly checks on the tenancy are also great as we know of any maintenance issues. She also dealt with trades, insurance, body coporate etc when the flat upstairs had flooding and flooded our tenants!
I would recommend CJ if you want no stress, real care, very high standards and a prop Mgr who treats your property like it is hers. Thanks CJ - keep it up.
