"Excellent job by Jeff & the team! I requested a trim of the tops and sides of 2 large hedges at my property. I received the quote and then timing for job to be done, communication was prompt & clear. Both hedges were finished very quickly, 2-3hrs, both were trimmed right back as I had asked with the trimmings taken away.Very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend Serenity Lawns if you need your hedges tended too!"

"I recently had a job done just before Christmas.
My instructions were a through weed with the garden dug over and weed spray the bank. At first glance it looked okay and then I realised there was no digging done and they had used a weed eater on the garden so goodbye to all my hellebores plus a few others.the weeds are all growing back.as for the weed spraying not dead weed in my courtyard and on the bank so maybe it was only water in the sprayer. I was quoted 24 hrs and three men I got 2 workers and 61/2 hours . I asked the firm to come over and have another look but no Show.Also I understand that they usually send on of owners to quote the work,but that didn’t happen .
I choose them because of the reviews, but somehow I was unlucky."

"About 6 years ago when our big section, hedges and gardens were getting a bit much my husband approached AAA Lawns and Gardens for some assistance.
After he passed away suddenly I relied on them for lawn mowing. I then booked them 2-3 times a year for hedge cutting, general section tidy up trimming bushes, and any gardening I couldn't manage
What an incredible team, nothing was too much trouble; they had the place looking incredible. I would simply drop Helen and email and ask her to book them in.
When the house went on the market they came weekly to mow the lawns and ensure the section looked its very best. The house photos and videos showed off their great work.
I cant thank them enough for all they did.

"I have used AAA Gardening & Lawns for 5 years to do my lawns and garden regularly. Helen and her team of workers are fantastic. Their workmanship is great and they work so efficiently together as a team. There’s no mucking around with this lot. When I asked to have my lawns cut shorter or longer this was no problem, the instructions were sent out to the team and then next time my lawns were done they were as I asked.

I have also had cause to get one off jobs done and Helen has been more than willing to send the crew around to do a quote, and even when a job has turned out to be easier than they thought they reduced the quoted price and charged me less.

I’m sad to be leaving them but the only reason I am leaving them is I am going over to Australia to work for a while. I will definitely rehire them when I come back and get set up in a home again.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants to use their service both regularly or for one off jobs."

We were guided by Helen's choice of plants, and were happy with the choice. They came earlier, than they were to come, which was fine and finished earlier. "We tried a number of gardening companies when we moved to Wellington. One was good at talking but never showed up for the work. Others were ridiculously expensive and yet others did a mediocre job. AAAGardening was the first group to listen, advise, turn up and do the job when they said they would and do a brilliant job that made the garden look great and satisfied us. And, their charges are reasonable. We've had them coming ever since. In fact, they take care of our rental as well as our place now. "I have a bank at the back of my house which gets overgrown within a year or two if it is not maintained regularly. Helen and her Team from AAA Gardening and Lawns come once a year and clear it and cut it back for me. They do a super job and there is never any mess or debris.They trim all the grass and remove and cut down the sycamores and scrub. They have been doing this for a few years now and as result I have seen more and more of the bank reclaimed from the jungle that was there originally. I have no hesitation in recommending them"

"Used them to maintain a large garden when we had sickness in the house. Did exactly what was required, turned up on time, worked hard while they were here and treated the garden with respect. We were so happy with their work we will continue to use them on an 'as and when' required basis."
