    "I am an Aucklander living abroad, and asked Shoreside to take care of a large pohutukawa that was knocking against our family house in Torbay. It's a beautiful tree but needed significant pruning and rebalancing. Shoreside visited the site, gave a quote and sent me photos so that we were all on the same page. They also sent good photos afterwards showing the work done, and I received very positive confirmation from a family member resident at the house. All good. For someone like me, taking… care of a property from a distance, it really helps to have a company that communicates well, as well as doing good work on the ground. The work was not cheap, but it was good value for money, and I am grateful to this company for their help. Actually a few more photos would have been good, but I did not specifically ask for them. Advice to others: discuss the photography when planning a job (with this company or any company)"
