"Jeff and team from Smart Painting were absolutely amazing. They painted the exterior of our two-storey home including the gutters, downpipes, soffit, fascia, and plaster cladding.

The team were fantastic with excellent on-going communication and a level of professionalism which can be difficult to find these days. Jeffs attention to detail is apparent with all the little extras he did such as filling and sanding some of our worn fascias, sealing around an exterior pipe that has moved as the house had settled over the years, and even installing a new exterior vent grille. Jeff gave us regular progress updates and he worked with us to ensure the little extras we were after weren't forgotten.

We are very happy with the end result and if you want a quality, professional finish, completed in a timely manner, then you should not hesitate and contact Smart Painting ASAP.

"I first contacted Smart Painting in the Autumn earler this year for a quote to re-stain the exterior of our house, Jeff came round promptly and I had the qoutation soon after, I discussed with Jeff that maybe it would be best if the job was done in the following spring!
A couple of weeks ago Jeff sent me a text to tell me he would be starting the job on the Monday, he came round on the Saturday morning to go over the job again and duly started on the Monday as promised.

"Jeff and his team painted the top level of our two story home and also the soffit and fascia. We had a cladding which presented some challenges as it was not so common. Spraying was the method of choice for the majority of the job. Access was also a challenge on some areas so scaffolding was required at parts (which some quotes blew out excessively) but they were practical and reasonable in their approach to this in terms of safety and getting the job done well. Jeff listened well to the result I was after as I was working towards a budget and wanted to do some of the final touches myself to save money. He respected this and did what he said he would do. In the end he had to apply more paint than he tought to get a good result but remained true to his quote. I found Jeff friendly, reliable and he got the job done. His quote was also much cheaper than some of the others, so much so I said he should in the future charge a touch more perhaps as I still would of used his services. Although his English was good, there were some times we needed to go over things to ensure we both fully understood each other, but no issues resulted from this as he was patient in his explainations."

"Jeff did the plastering in my separate toilet and bathroom on the walls where I had stripped the 1970's wall paper from to a paint finish. He also painted the walls and the ceilings in these areas aswell as my hallway. All looks perfect and he did a great job. He has great communication and will be there when he says he will. Very happy with his work and I have asked him to come back and do plastering in my kitchen aswell as well as paint my kitchen/dining ceiling."
