"Craig has undertaken several household plumbing assignments in our home over the last few years all of which have been completed to our 100% satisfaction. Yesterday was the most recent when our waste disposal unit became jammed by a piece of metal which proved to be immovable. Craig arrived early the following morning, removed the offending item and was in his way within an hour. As usual the task was completed perfectly. We highly recommend Craig’s services. "

"We have used Craig on three occasions and he has always done a great job. Most recently, he replaced the seal in our shower and replaced the shower head hose. Previously, he replaced the taps in the kitchen and laundry. He works effectively and efficiently, at the same time being friendly and happy to explain what he is doing, or to answer questions. He was able to schedule the work within a reasonable timeframe and his pricing is also reasonable. "This was the second time that we had used Craig’s services. We had a leaking toilet cistern which I thought was just a washer replacement, however, it was a faulty valve which Craig speedily replaced. We also had a couple of tap filters that needed replacement.

"Woke up to find the hot water cylinder overflowing everywhere. We needed a plumber fast and found Craig on No Cowboys. He came the same day to isolate the problem so we could turn the water back on again, then completed the repair the next day. He was very efficient and communicated well throughout. "Craig helped me out on a Sunday afternoon with a leaking hot water cylinder at my rental property. On the Sunday afternoon he popped up to the property and isolated the leak to stop it leaking further over night - much to the relief of the tenants! On Monday morning he found the replacement part and fixed the leak promptly, restoring hot water.Very grateful for the assistance on a Sunday afternoon when I couldn't get to the property myself."

"My toilet stopped flushing. Craig came the same day. He texted to let me know he was going to be 30 mins later than planned . He needed to get a part - called me from the shop as the part was expensive and he could get cheaper the next day and would charge me no more for labour despite all the extra travel. . "We contacted Craig to upgrade our low pressure water cylinder to a mains pressure cylinder. Craig came out and was the most thorough plumber we contacted checking all required details and measuring the spaces etc in comparison to other guys who looked at it for a minute and gave a quote. "I realised the sink was blocked at 5am on Monday morning, and thought it would be hard to get someone to fix it the same day. But a quick check on No Cowboys and I called Craig who could come round at lunchtime. Great service, he fixed the problem, improved the water flow and recommended other options. Craig also tidied up after himself which was a bonus. "

"Had a leaking pipe which is pretty old fashioned. I'm glad I chose Craig who solved the problem perfectly, and he also spotted a leaking valve that I wasn't even aware of before. "Craig recently replaced a toilet for my elderly mum and she is just so happy with the result. Her request was for a a compact higher toilet and Craig certainly delivered after a couple of toilet recommendations. Communication and keeping in contact could not be faltered. Definitely recommend."

"Craig answered promptly, was on time and knew right away what the problem was with leaky pipe in bathroom. He worked promptly to get the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He also identified an issue with the roof, and offered a very good temporary solution till we can get more permanent work done. Definitely recommend him and will use him again. "Craig of Source Plumbing is a godsend! He mended my burst water main (on the day I called him urgently for help!) and also fixed a few other plumbing problems for me while he was here. He is nice, extremely helpful and reliable, arrived exactly as he said he would, keep you posted on what's going on, no nonsense, efficient and has this incredible can-do attitude. He is also very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone!

"I would highly recommend Craig. I encountered water leaks from ceiling. Originally I thought it was caused by the damage of water pipe behind the ceiling. After careful check, Craig suspects that would probably caused by roof. He even climbed onto the roof and found some broken tiles on the roof. Days later Craig also fixed the roof for me and told me to keep an eye on the ceiling to see if it is improved. He was also friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use again."

"When it was obvious there was a water leak at the cake company premises where I work I contacted Craig. Water was slowly running across the parking area but I could tell him little more than that. Craig was just finishing a job on the North Shore, quite near to where the bakery is, and said he would be there within half an hour. He arrived as indicated and quickly found the pipe that needed fixing. It was just outside, close to the tarmac. He located some parts and efficiently fixed the… leak. He emailed us the bill that evening with everything clearly listed. His vehicle charge and hourly rate were very reasonable. Great service. Great value. Highly recommended. Thanks Craig."

"Booked Craig on Sunday evening, arrived on time Monday morning - prompt, no-nonsense service. Sorted out three problems in less than an hour, then charged an incredibly small fee! I only save numbers of people I will use again on my phone, and Source Plumbing's number has been saved as a contact. Thanks Craig, you've got another customer. "Craig changed my hot water system from low pressure to mains - what a hassle-free experience. He was happy to come and look at the job beforehand. He was very thorough - checking and double-checking everything he would need to do, and explained to me, in layman's terms, everything that needed to be done. "I discovered a hot water cylinder overflow problem after receiving my ludicrously high power bill. "Craig came out straight away on the Friday afternoon of a long weekend to repair an overflow valve on my hot water cylinder. He completed the job on the same visit, even went off in rush hour traffic to get a part. He advised on all costs so there were no 'surprises' when I got the bill. "I found Craig on this website, texted him and he phoned me within minutes. He offered to come and look at the problem I was having with a leak in half an hour as he was between jobs. Having ascertained what needed doing he came back the next day and completed the job.
He then offered to come back twice without charge to take the tub out and replace it when I had organised someone to replace the missing gib board which had to be taken out to repair the leak. On both occasions when I… texted him to let him know I needed him to take the tub out and put it back he texted back within minutes and was available within a couple of days maximum to do this for me.

His service was outstanding, his charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Craig."
