"Scott completed plumbing for our renovation and extension, this included two new bathroom fitouts, laundry fitout, califont installation, in slab plumbing to our new septic system, and outside water fittings. Scott had to work with our existing plumbing fitout while adapting to a new layout this included creating temporary work arounds so we were not completely cut off from the kitchen and the bathroom during the extensive eight month renovation period. Scott was easy to deal with, reliable, tidy, and consistent; put simply Scott did exactly what he said he would do within the agreed timeline to an impecable standard. "I highly recommend Scott and SPS Plumbing. Scott has completed several jobs for us. He replaced our hot water cylinder, fixed a leak, installed a new toilet and two sets of taps. As Scott did such a great job for us I got him to replace three toilets for my elderly parents...again a great job.

Scott was prompt to respond to my texts and always punctual. We have been completely satisfied with his workmanship and the fact that he always left the job clean and tidy was a bonus!

Scott recommended we buy some of the product ourselves as it was cheaper than getting it through him which showed he was looking out for us and not all about just making money.

Understood what we wanted, gave us some cost effective options, gave alternative solutions for a tricky issue. We could have purchased the hardware separately, but we thought the prices that Scott quoted for good quality items were reasonable. He organised everything and made it very easy for us. Scott managed to find a new hot water cylinder narrow enough to replace our 30 year old one in a confined cupboard space. Apparently new cylinders tend to be wider because they are now more insulated than they used to be (for anybody reading this with a 30 year old cylinder!)"

Scott's price was reasonable and he was prompt with replying to phone calls and turning up when he said he was going to. "After reading positive feedbacks on him on this website I engaged Scott to fix a leaked toilet pipe which included replacing the toilet as well as replacing a shower mixer in our ensuite, and I am not disappointed. "I called Scott in the morning because of a leak from our dishwasher. He came by in the early afternoon and determined the problem quickly. He had to moving the dishwasher in order to obtain the hose that needed replacing. He went and got the replacement hose (better quality) and put it in. When he left everything was in place and tidy. I texted him my email for him to send an invoice for payment. Quick and easy! I'll use him again and recommend him to others."

"Our hot water cylinder was leaking we contacted Scott and some other plumbers. Scott was very responsive and came on site the next day and had a look. He also helped me drained out all the water and disconnect the cylinder at no charge. He gave us a very competitive quote, and replaced the cylinder promptly. On top of all that, I enquirer about my toilet basin leaking while he was there doing the cylinder. He did the repair for me at no charge. He was extremely helpful!
