"Our soffix has dropped down from the ceiling, I called Andy in panic mode, he came in, provided a quote. A week later, Andy and Max showed up with all the materials, and 3 days later, we have a beautiful, clean, sturdy soffix.

We are really happy with Andy's workmenship, communication, and we will ship any jobs we have to Andy's way if possible.

"Andy helped us out with a few situations in our house. The house is odd, a rare type of concrete sheet cladding, and he had to get creative to figure out how to properly flash a window, but he was very diligent and thorough in doing so and we couldn't be happier with the result. He's a smart, thoughtful, kind person, and is great about taking into account the whole scope of the project, rather than just doing a part of it and then leaving you to figure out the rest. Highly recommended."

"Andrew was awesome.He was straightforward about the work that needed doing.Rotten floors in bathroom and laundry and renovating both.Also a great new front door and repairs to rotten deck.The jobs came in under his quote and he sorted the plumber and electrician so all the work was done.It all looks really good!I am very pleased to have had Andrew do this work and will be getting him back to replace the big deck in the summer. I would thoroughly recommend Andrew for any work around the house. He is friendly and thorough and an all round nice guy."

"We would highly recommend Andrew for any building work required. We engaged Andrew to install baseboards around our recently lifted house following the Jan 23 floods. He was prompt giving us a quote which we thought was reasonable and followed up several times until we were ready to begin the work. He completed the work in the agreed timeframe, left no mess and the work was to a very high standard. As well, he charged us less that the quote as there weren't as many fittings required that he had quoted on. After a very bad experience with another building company, this was a stress-free experience and a great job."

"Andy is a godsend. He is highly-skilled and meticulous, and his general advice is also greatly appreciated. He can turn his hand to anything: this has (so far) included renovating my bathroom, upgrading skirting and doorframes, fixing and gibbing walls, installing a new back door, repairing rottern weatherboards, fixing previously bodged guttering, resizing kitchen cabinetry, and installing new interior panelling. He is always professional and easy to deal with, and I won't bother looking elsewhere from now on, so long as he's not too busy, and isn't sick of the sight of my house ;-)"

"Andy is an exceptional builder with great attention to detail. Andy has done so many building jobs for us around the house including:
Sorting out drainage and leaking issues in our courtyard and other areas of our house
Installation of skylights
Putting up new gib in bedroom and lounge
Levelling up one side of our house
Installing a new deck and balastrade
Spouting

All these jobs had been explained to us before commencement and completed in a timely and professional manner. I cannot recommend Andy highly enough.

There had been a leak going undetected for years and when we discovered the water damage was worse than first thought he found ways to help us adjust the initial plans to stop the cost blowing out. "I have had Andy prepare 12 or more bathrooms for my tiling company. Andy has excellent communication and is a great worker. He has a great eye for detail and understands exactly what we need done in the building process for us to complete our work without any complications. Besides bathrooms has fixed leaks, repaired damage floors and walls, exterior cladding and more. All Andy’s subcontractors have been great also. "Andy has been recently engaged to renovate two house projects mainly in the bathrooms (3) and laundry areas. One house required re levelling while the other house suffered water damage through defective tiling. Andy rose to the challenge and repaired both properties to a very high standard. During the renovation process he respected our privacy as both houses were fully occupied. At each stage Andy kept us informed of any issues and how best to remedy for completion. He worked to an agreed budget for both projects and stayed within budget."
