"Andy is a godsend. He is highly-skilled and meticulous, and his general advice is also greatly appreciated. He can turn his hand to anything: this has (so far) included renovating my bathroom, upgrading skirting and doorframes, fixing and gibbing walls, installing a new back door, repairing rottern weatherboards, fixing previously bodged guttering, resizing kitchen cabinetry, and installing new interior panelling. He is always professional and easy to deal with, and I won't bother looking… elsewhere from now on, so long as he's not too busy, and isn't sick of the sight of my house ;-)"

"Andy is an exceptional builder with great attention to detail. Andy has done so many building jobs for us around the house including:
Sorting out drainage and leaking issues in our courtyard and other areas of our house
Installation of skylights
Putting up new gib in bedroom and lounge
Levelling up one side of our house
Installing a new deck and balastrade
Spouting
All these jobs had been explained to us before commencement and completed in a timely and professional manner. I… cannot recommend Andy highly enough.

"Andy did an excellent job renovating our bathroom. There had been a leak going undetected for years and when we discovered the water damage was worse than first thought he found ways to help us adjust the initial plans to stop the cost blowing out. Andy is very creative, collaborative and has a brilliant eye for detail, he communicated clearly throughout the process, gave us great advice and was always on time. He also kept the site very tidy and was an incredibly considerate and kind person to… have around. "Andy completed some unexpected, urgent work replacing our flooring and fixing up a botched job on some windows and I couldn't recommended him highly enough. He's professional, punctual, trustworthy, hard working and highly skilled and knowledgable. He's efficient, works hard and also puts careful consideration towards the project. He gave us plenty of good advice which led to an excellent end result.

"I have had Andy prepare 12 or more bathrooms for my tiling company. Andy has excellent communication and is a great worker. He has a great eye for detail and understands exactly what we need done in the building process for us to complete our work without any complications. Besides bathrooms has fixed leaks, repaired damage floors and walls, exterior cladding and more. All Andy’s subcontractors have been great also. I would happily recommend Andy to anyone who is looking to get work done… around the home."

"Andy has been recently engaged to renovate two house projects mainly in the bathrooms (3) and laundry areas. One house required re levelling while the other house suffered water damage through defective tiling. Andy rose to the challenge and repaired both properties to a very high standard. During the renovation process he respected our privacy as both houses were fully occupied. At each stage Andy kept us informed of any issues and how best to remedy for completion. He worked to an agreed… budget for both projects and stayed within budget."
