    "Richard Hampton working on behalf of Tech People has had to solve three computer problems for me now. He is always very friendly, he takes time to explain the problems (and the system), he is upfront and honest about likelihood of solving the problems and potential cost, and he does his best to get them fixed (despite me having an ancient computer). Always reasonably priced (they have set prices) and great after-care service (I have contacted him with additional queries which he answers over… the phone or email straight away). If all their technicians are as helpful as Richard then I highly recommend this company."

    "Really prompt service, polite, friendly and very informative. Kept me informed about what was happening and talked to me in non-computer speak!

    Very efficient service, well priced, no nonsense. I now know I can e-mail or txt if I am having PC problems.

    Would definitely recommend PC People."

    "I have used PC People for about 2 years and have always found that they are quick to answer calls and communication between technician and client is of high quality and very reasonably priced. If the problem with the computer can't be solved at the time the tech always returned to fix the problem when he has said he would. I have found the tech honest and reliable. This to me is extremely important."
