    "Very very poor communication. And this is a telecommunications company! 27 minutes queue/on hold on the 3 occasions I tried to call. Also attempted to credit check me without my authorisation. Naughty! And against Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 regulations!!!

    "No improvement in their customer service. The voice recognition facility is slow and poor. When there is a problem with the internet, they have no comprehension that referring to it for help is not only impossible, but highly frustrating. And wait times are so excessive, it is pointless to bother."

    "we moved house and asked telstra to move our tolls and boradband. telecom moved the line withint 2 hours but did not close the dob properly so when telstra requested their changes telecom rejected it address unknown. had to phone them daily to tell them tolls are not working. they sid wait maybe tomorrow. after 4 days they said why telecom were rejecting it but would just try again and woulnt talk to telecom to sort it out. i called teleocm and got that problem sorting in 5 mins. the broadband took another week to move. eveyday for a week it was you have been escalated and will be working today. took 14 days before it worked. cost me over 3 hours on the phone to them. then they put us on the wrong slow plan even though i asked for them to keep us in PDQ MAX several times. after telling them im moving supplier if its not fixed it started working at the right speed. a couple of the people where hlepful and some were totally useless. in future will go eleswhere."

    "The cable installation had to be partially redone and the repairs to the driveway took many weeks. On the other hand all of that was done for free and we've had no problem with the broadband service."

    "From the time that I called them regarding getting a landline connection to being "connected" was painless and worry free. They even upsold "with no pressure" so I have internet access with them as well.

    They were efficient, effective and there was no hidden agenda. I would rate their services as awesome."
