"The team did a great job. The doors look brand new and feel much better than they did before. They put a lot of effort in and it shows. I think the first tool they had out was the vacuum cleaner, so they could clean as they went. They repaired some light rot in the door also. The sound reduction is great and we’re looking forward to the extra warmth in winter. They will look even better once I have put the final coat of paint on."

"Just wow what a amazing group of people to get a job done ,,, better than I was expecting results and the lads that did the work are so awesome and polite ???? we are so pleased that we picked Matt to do our double glazing as he it so straight up,,, We picked Matt and co for the fact that they work on a do it once and do it right idea , and taking his advice on replacing some of the sashes that had water damage is definitely very sound advice ,,when other companies said that we should just paint the inside instead of having them with the natural look these guys listen and made it happen, as the house would look stupid on the inside with white windows,The best part is it's done properly with draining and not just glue and hope for the best like most other double glazing companies out there. Will definitely recommend and use this company again!!!!"

"Fantastic process from initial consultation, quote , final measure to install.
Replaced existing large west facing single glaze wooden 1970’s era windows with argon filled low e glass.
Aim is to reduce heat loss in winter and reduce solar gain in summer.
So much quieter inside now

"I highly recommend this company for the careful meticulous work they do. They also stand 100% behind their product. They don't make the double glazed windows, however when we had two fail (no fault of theirs, it's the manufacturer). They got the new windows and installed them with great care and diligence.

These are the kind of trades-people you want to do your work!"

"Matt, Adam, Keegan and Steph were fantastic to deal with, right from the initial quoting process, through to the work being completed on-site.

We live in an architecturally designed house with lots of windows, all in odd places and many in odd shapes and sizes. Matt and the team did a beautiful job of the work, were clean and tidy, friendly and got the job done within the timeframe they originally set, despite there being some rot discovered (which they also fixed for us). We were initially worried about altering the style of the house too much as it still had all the beautiful timber joinery, but now that we've painted everything again, it's indiscernible and has massively modernised the house.

I couldn't recommend them any higher. Thank you team."

"Timber Retrofit proved to be the best choice for the double-glazing installation in our 1958s bungalow.
The price was ~10% better than their direct competition.
The quality of their work was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves.
They even proactively spotted and fixed some minor installation issues without prompting.
They also kindly left their scaffold up for a few days to allow us to paint the outside of the hardest to reach windows, which saved us a lot of effort with a ladder.
Communication was good and they turned up on time every day, and they completed the job much faster than I expected (5 days!).

Thanks to Matt and his team we're very happy with the new windows and the quality of work."

"Matt came and explained his recommendations for our double glazing, supplied detailed quote per window/room, worked in with us regarding timing of the work, and although the weather didn’t help him (occasional rain) he had the equipment and materials to ensure the work continued regardless. The retrofitted double glazing has worked well for us reducing noise from traffic, neighbours etc, and almost cutting out internal condensation. Very happy with the work."
