"Matt, Adam, Keegan and Steph were fantastic to deal with, right from the initial quoting process, through to the work being completed on-site.
We live in an architecturally designed house with lots of windows, all in odd places and many in odd shapes and sizes. Matt and the team did a beautiful job of the work, were clean and tidy, friendly and got the job done within the timeframe they originally set, despite there being some rot discovered (which they also fixed for us). We were initially… worried about altering the style of the house too much as it still had all the beautiful timber joinery, but now that we've painted everything again, it's indiscernible and has massively modernised the house.

I couldn't recommend them any higher. Thank you team."

"Timber Retrofit proved to be the best choice for the double-glazing installation in our 1958s bungalow.
The price was ~10% better than their direct competition.
The quality of their work was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves.
They even proactively spotted and fixed some minor installation issues without prompting.
They also kindly left their scaffold up for a few days to allow us to paint the outside of the hardest to reach windows, which saved us a lot of effort with a… ladder.

Communication was good and they turned up on time every day, and they completed the job much faster than I expected (5 days!).

Thanks to Matt and his team we're very happy with the new windows and the quality of work."

We had to postpone the work twice due to Covid lock-down, and when he was able to start the work he tried to cause minimum disruption and finished work day he said he would. "Awesome service, fast, and obviously experienced. This team of three know how to sort out double glazing windows. Came and quoted the day after I called. Fitted my new double glazed glass a week later. All done on the day, and on site. No damage to our 80yr old frames which are hard wood. "Matt came and explained his recommendations for our double glazing, supplied detailed quote per window/room, worked in with us regarding timing of the work, and although the weather didn’t help him (occasional rain) he had the equipment and materials to ensure the work continued regardless. The retrofitted double glazing has worked well for us reducing noise from traffic, neighbours etc, and almost cutting out internal condensation. Very happy with the work."
