"John did an excellent job for us .He was punctual unlike other tradesmen, Offered suggestions to improve our window and sliding door fittings.. His ability to predict the weather and arrive as he said he would days ahead is an exception. We are very pleased to Recommend TLC. They left worksite clean and were sympathic to our project."

"I have used John twice now for maintenace on my property, he has on both occassions been very easy to deal with and good at comming back to you when he says he will. He was friendly, punctual and reliable and ready to offer the best advice for the jobs that needed doing. The work was done well and on time. "I needed to get some painting & odd jobs done. I wanted a tradesman via recommendation. John had done some work for my neighbours & they were very pleased & so I contacted him. He was just great. Very trustworthy. I felt very comfortable with him being around my home. He is prompt & his work is of high standard. I was so impressed I\'ve got him comming back to do some more work for me! You can\'t get much more of a recommendation than that. "

"John is one out of the box. I have been a property manager for over 10 years now and a handyman who does quality work, is reliable, and reasonable is so hard to find. John did work for me 10 years ago and he then went onto other employment but now he is back and to be honest I am relieved that he is. I immediately got him onto some very old sliders at my own property which were jamming, and I now have him busy on various jobs for the properties we look after. I highly recommend John for all… your handyman requirements."
