About us
My name is Tom O’Sullivan. I’m a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) and have lived in Auckland my whole life. I started my building career at 18 in 2007 and completed my apprenticeship in 2011. I have experience across new builds, with the majority of my work focused on residential renovations throughout my career.
What we do
I’m a strong communicator and take pride in keeping both clients and other trades in the loop at all times. I make sure everyone knows the schedule, what’s happening next, and when they’re needed on site, so jobs run smoothly and there are no surprises. Clients always know where things are at and what to expect.
My favourite part of building is the finishing stage. It’s where all the planning and hard work come together, and I really enjoy standing back at the end of a job and being proud of what’s been built.

"This is the second job Tom has done for me. It included a deck rebuild, new balustrades, plus additional reinforcing work which came up. He isn't the sort of person to do the bare minimum. When he saw other issues, he would give me the option to complete them now or leave them. Finishing was top notch."

"Tom undertook my bathroom renovations in a 60's house, (if you know old homes you know nothings square or level). He was efficient, on time and suggesting things that made better use of the space. With any renovations comes obstacles, Tom was good at communicating these and putting me at ease. Would definitely use again for the next renovations and highly recommend."
