"I was one of the unfortunates that got flooded with the storm. I phoned Wayne the next morning and although he had over 50 calls he was able to come the folliwing day to suck up the excess water and deodorize the carpet, he left 3 of his big blowers and a couple of dehumidifiers and called in every day for 5 days until the carpet was fully dry. I was fortunate that my flooding was from the roof so clean water. I was so very happy with Wayne's service and would recommend him to all. I also… get my carpets cleaned annually by Wayne as he does such a great job as very cost effective."

"So impressed with the carpet cleaning by Wayne! Extremely reasonably priced for the amount of time and extremely thorough job using the deep steam clean.
Had used another company before who did a token spray, no deep clean and were in the house about half an hr and charged the same amount as Total Carpet Care.
Wayne was very friendly and very easy to deal with and I would recommend him tenfold!. "

"Wayne was working in apartment next door so my wife asked him when he finished to take a look at 4 small stains (each about 10cm dia) from dropped bits of food. He did not have to move his van from next door as good access was available just inside then entrance. Took 20 mins to spray and vacuum up. Offered him cash but he said don't bother as he will send the bill.
Astounded when he bills us for $138.00 . Then contacted him to ask if he made a mistake as next door neighbour had paid for his… call out fee and he did my work with same set up before he rolled up hose from neighbours job. He said cost was $120.00 plus gst ($138.00) and that was it.

This guy is a total rip-off merchant and would be very careful about using him for any work.

I have used carpet cleaners before and never come across something like this so be warned!!"

"Wayne took care of the carpet cleaning at both the house we recently left and the new home we were moving into. In both instances he was there exactly exactly when agreed and did a fantastic job on both the carpets.
The house we were moving into was a serious challenge and Wayne worked super hard to deliver a result that ended up being way above my expectations.
His fee was totally reasonable with no unexpected surprises. He earned every penny !
Wayne is a super nice guy to deal with and… I would have no reservations above recommending him or his workmanship to anyone. A throughly professional job.

"A neighbour had a carpet clean and I asked the contractor for a quote. Before proceeding I looked at other local contractors under ‘nocowboys”, Found Wayne and his good reports so booked him. All prefect. Had a text advising he would be on time. My wife and agree he was a sincere and professional person. Our carpet didn’t look to bad and we said we were unsure if he would make much change. Well it has dried and we are really pleased. Would seriously recommend Wayne to anyone. The added… pleasure is that the cost was less than half the price of other quote."

"This guy l used after being recommended and l was thrilled. I was told he was a little bit more expensive but well worth it and l totally agree. We were moving out of a rental into a home we had just bought. The carpet Wayne made look like brand new. I just wish the sellers of the home we were moving into had used him instead of the cleaning company they did. I have told others about Wayne and will continue to. Awesome job thanks again Wayne. Did come half hour late after appointment time but… good businesses get busy."
