100%"We have used Tree Fellas 2x this year, first to cut back large trees on the boundary and second to clear, trim and shape three hedges at the front of the property. Both times they did an excellent job. They first gave us a quote, which we could accept, discuss further or reject. The quotes were sent online in a quick, easy way allowing the click of a button to accept. The quotes were very reasonable so of course we accepted.
They came within a short time of our accepting the quote, a few… days later the first quote, the following day after the second. They are cheerful in their work and just get on with it. They clear up really well afterwards. We are grateful for the no-fuss professionalism and highly recommend the Tree Fellas team.

The arborist trimmed, thinned, and pruned the tree to a requested size and shape. He also advised that it would need repeating in about 3 years time.
The whole crew were polite, respectful, tidy, and obviously experienced.

Jimmy and Zed completed the job quickly and efficiently, and cleared up extremely well including the footpath over which the trees hung .

We also needed some branches cut back to the boundary line on another part of our property. Access to our house was tricky due to a sharp turn in our driveway which meant they weren't able to bring their truck… right up to the gate. They worked as a team and there was no mucking about as they cleared the pile of tree branches from my property and into the chipper. Their work ethic was totally focused on the job, after 2 hours non stop working I asked if they wanted a cup of tea, they said water, which they drank and went straight back to work. I had 3 quotes for doing the job, and Tree Fellas was the most reasonable. One of the other companies I had contacted, complained while giving the quote about about how big the job was and what they would have to do to get the foliage to the chipper ect. I was thinking, 'Ok this guy is setting me up for an excessive quote' and I was right! It was $100.00 more.

100%"Well what can I say except excellent in every way. Great quote (over $6000 less than another quote from another company). Arrived when scheduled. The team worked well with one cutting, one cleaning up and one mulching. Our trees where over 10 metres tall and they climbed up them like second nature. The only issue we had was due to wind part of a trunk fell on a large pot which was one of two, but Steve replaced both and had the trees re-potted at no cost and they now look better than the… original pots. We did not have to pay until the repairs were done. I really can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again. Have already recommended them to a couple of other people who need trees cut down. They even cleaned up the neighbours back yard that got covered in sawdust and branches.
