"We engaged Toa to repair our bathroom floor, as it had rotted from our shower. They also uplifted the existing carpet and laid lino through 2 bathrooms and a toilet area. Toa and his 2 Sons worked efficiently and effectively, completing an awesome job in 8.5 hours; we were very pleased. "I called them for a job to fix a hole in the wall and he delivered flawlessly, he also did another small hole that is not included in the job just to help out. Got the paint properly matched, after the job it looked like brand new again.
He communicated the job properly and also set my expectations so there are no surprises when the job was finished. Very professional and kind person. I highly recommend and will get their services again when needed."

"I'd like to thank Toa for helping us out of a tricky situation.
We urgently needed several of our stadium showers' waterproof linoleum floors repaired in order to hold a National Competition, after some plumbing repair work was completed.
I was told by several contractors that they were booked out up to 2 months in advance and unlikely to find anyone. Things did not look good.
I contacted Toa, outlined our problem and he agreed to take a look and if possible get started right away.… He quoted and completed the job within 24 hours.

He did a fantastic job, rectified a couple of additional small issues not included in the quote to ensure the job was done 100% right.

We were not worried about the difference in colour of lino used in repairs, as the original would be difficult obtain in the time available. So dont let that put you off using this ecellent company. I'd highly reccommend them.

There is great communication, top quality work & attention to detail, reasonable pricing, and timely completion.

"Toa fixed my creaky wooden floor boards. He went out of his way and even replaced a couple of boards that were broken and cracked. He did such an amazing job, spending extra time working later to get the job done right and looking great. I found him very professional and his standard of work high .

"Thar turned up to quote on the same day the ad was placed and started the job the following day. He was very fast which is exactly what I needed as a tenant was moving in in a couple of days. Very tidy job, noe mess left behind. Very pleasant. He doesn't need to go away and work out a price either. He just thinks about it for a minute and tells you how much it will cost while there.
Following this job he also painted and stained my friend's three storey cedar house at an excellent price. He… has some of his own scaffolding and water blaster so is able to quote very competitive prices.

English is his second language but he is responsive to phone calls etc."

"I have used TT Quality Services for the past couple of years for a few residential properties undertaking full renovation jobs including Gib Stopping, Skim Coating (3 coats), minor building works and painting. There were some challenging jobs and there were unforeseen variations, but Toa and his team offered solutions and options for me to consider and always kept me appraised of situations that I needed to be aware of- avoiding any unpleasant (cost and time) implications. There was never a… situation where an issue arose that they could not managed. Toa’s excellent communication was absolute key as some projects had significant time constraints. Toa was always communicating with me every step of the way whether it be big or small. He was always accommodating and ensured that the job was done right, on time, to the highest standard and satisfactorily. Toa definitely was very customer focused and took pride in the workmanship he and his team completed. He actively managed the project and knew each stage of the process to ensure the projects were completed to a high standard.

The team from TT Quality always went the extra mile to ensure that the highest quality was achieved. We paid what we were quoted plus some variations, but the quality of work and the service we got outweighed the price. All members of his team were reliable as well as professional and respected the properties. Drop sheets and carpet protectors were used where needed and at the end of each working day the property was left clean.

Overall Toa and his team from TT Quality are reliable, trustworthy, professional, and deliver outstanding results on time and always ensure the job is of the highest quality. I have no hesitation in recommending TT Quality Services, we are certainly long-term customers and look forward to having them work on our next project."

"I have used To'a 's company twice on a rental property. Once 3 years ago for an external paint (with scaffolding) and building repairs, and again this July for a complete interior paint job, including preparation and cleaning. each time I have asked him to choose the paint colour. He also did plumbing (new insinkerator and new toilet), cleaned the house ready for tenanting, including repairs, changing light bulbs and installing smoke alarms. I live overseas so I need someone who can work… independently and without direct supervision. I have always found him trustworthy and reliable. Also a very good communicator. Also always finished on time and cleans up well. Highly recommended ++++"

"100/100, exceeded our expectations, fine finishes all through out the work that was done.
we got our sparkly popcorn ceiling removed and re-painted, they took the care to cover all our furniture to ensure no dust etc would go anywhere, very quick job aswell, we also got 4 bedrooms re-carpeted , out with the old, in with the new and i must say our rooms looks refreshed! no issues at all. they also recommended a cheap but good quality supplier which meant i saved quite a bit.
and lastly they… took out our old 1980's push up windows and installed our new window frames!, fantastic job! started early in the morning and they didn't leave until THEY were happy with the job, so all round excellent service! clear communication on every job they were doing and to see if we were ok with their recommendations."

"Toa and the guys at TT Quality Services did some work for me in Feb 2018.
I had an ex-hot water cupboard left over from a gas conversion that was in a very bad state with pipe holes in the floor, dents in the walls, etc. I also had a couple of double door wardrobes I wanted prepared for new wardrobe systems.
Toa and the guys did all the work for me – fixing the cupboard floor and walls, and filling, plastering and painting all 3 spaces to make perfect. This was in the couple of days… after I had just put down brand new carpet! (logistical issues at my end)

His quote was very competitive and I was very happy with the result. It’s fair to say that the outcome actually exceeded my expectation. I was worried about how they’d deal with a couple of things, but they actually went out of their way to do a great job for me even though it was a little harder and took a little longer. They also knew my concerns about the carpet and did everything they could to protect it. I checked the carpet closely afterwards around the skirting for the tiniest sign of paint – there wasn’t any :).

Communication with Toa was also prompt and professional. The guys turned up when they said they would, stayed as long as they said they would, and finished the job when they said they would.

I can’t find anything not right with this job."

"Toa's team have been responsible for the gib stopping and painting of my home. They have been extremely accommodating, working around us as we have lived through the upheaval. They have been thoughtful and tidy, ensuring that we have been able to live as comfortably as possible, and have been flexible working around us moving from one room to the next. The boys have been friendly and polite, and a pleasure to have in the house. We have an older home, and lots of imperfect surfaces to work… with, they have done a good job with the gib stopping and application of gib cove."
