"Jed has been removing and prunuing my trees and trimming hedges for several years. He and his crews always turn up on time and do a great job. Yesterday a group of three trimmed my high lilly pilly hedge they were quick and cleaned up after themselves leaving the site neat and tidy. The team were so easy to deal with and really nice guys. The foreman ensured that the height of the hedge was checked with me at each point where the height changed due ti the roof and slope on the site. Jed has always been great to deal with and tmely with quote and scehduling of jobs."

"I was very pleased with the efficiency and level of professionalism from the team at Urban Arborist.
The work started at 8am as advised and was completed at around 5pm.
I had them cut down a 10-12m phoenix palm tree which is certainly not an easy task due to the spikes.
The place was left clean and safe upon completion of the job.
Jed has been amazing in communicating between the time of the first quote to the receipt of payment.
The whole team was very friendly and enthusiastic on the job which is always a good sight.
I would highly recommend urban arborists for their affordability and excellent service."

"the initial 9 week lead time was a bit to long as a family medical emergency meant I had to go to Australia for 5 weeks, happily they extended the job date and arrived on time to cut down 4 large palms. the team was very friendly and helpful cleaning up as best they could as the palms where in my pebble garden. happy with the work done and the price, would recommend and use them again."

"Very efficient, i thought that this job would take at least half a day but they were done and dusted in less than 2 hours. They left the site tidy afterwards.
They seemed knowledgable about trees and talked me out of what i wanted for a large tree, and gave a better alternative.
The cost seemed quite high, but I confess i didn't get any other quotes to compare."

"This was the second time that I have used Jed and his excellent crew. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work all delivered with a highly competitive quote the first-time round. So, when I needed the trees topped and cut back again, Jed and his team were my automatic choice. And they did not disappoint me the second time either. On the day when the crew turned up, I explained everything that was on the quoted list of things to be done as to how I wanted the job done and they just got on with it. All the men on the crew Kai, Rah and the other men were all cheerful, customer friendly and a delight to interact with. "Fantastic ! Don’t look any further, these guys did a wonderful job. Jed came and gave me quote which was most acceptable. He then fitted in with my time frame. The guys that did the job were professionals, they knew what they were doing. They were fast and efficient, every thing was done with checking with me first., and always with a big smile.
When they left there wasn’t a leaf to be seen, not in the garden or the drive. These guys are tops !!"

"We used Urban Arborists for a variety of jobs, from hedge trimming to cutting down a large tree by the pool to felling pines on the driveway. From the initial visit for a quote to the completion of the job we were very happy with Urban Arborists. "I recently used Jed at urban arborist to do some hedges and pruning work around a pool with very expensive glass that could not be damaged. He managed to get the job done to perfection with no damage at all to the pool or the glass fence he was very fair in his pricing and did a great clean up after his work was complete to leave me very satisfied would be more than happy to let others know how good he is"
