"Gordon is a genuine, knowledgeable and professional ac/heat pump installer and specialist.
We had some serious problems with the initial Daikin multi unit installation which were not Gordon’s fault, but serious Daikin factory issues and he stood by assisting all way until Daikin settled at the court hearing. Out came Daikin and in went Mitsubishi Electric 2 outdoor units and 5 heads, all installed by Gordon.
Everyone should see this review as the best because when things didn’t work Gordon was there and never once passed the buck but went to bat hard for the customer.
I 100% recommend Vincent Install and Gordon Vincent. I know for a fact if something does go wrong he will be there!"

"Gordon was very easy to work with. We organised a date for him to come and have a look at the job and Gordon advise on what size heat pump we should go for. He gave us a couple of options to choose from which we really liked. He was very knowledgeable of each model, giving pros and cons to all. On installation day, we barely noticed that he was here. We installed a floor console in the lounge (near the fireplace) and 3 heads (all on top of wardrobes) Multisplit system for the 3 bedrooms. All units look tidy and solid inside and outside the house. He also went extra to help cover the chimney, replace with correct room circuits, and even fix our door.

The quote, the conducted work, are all succinct but sufficient, quick but detail-oriented. He is the one who can do fast and high-quality job at the same time! In addition, he is polite and approachable.

"I requested quotes from 3 of the highest rated no cowboys heat pump installers and Gordon was the second to visit. His price was ever so slightly higher than the first quote but when I investigated I saw the reason for this was because he was recommending a more modern, better featured and energy efficient machine.
The install was done in what seemed like a couple of hours and there was no mess left behind just a perfectly installed machine. The indoor and outdoor units are both quiet and look great! In fact I'm quite proud of it :)

"I contacted Vincent because he was recommended by a friend, and was very glad I did. He came out and looked at my setup, gave me alternatives with a clear idea of the pros and cons of each. The resulting work was done neatly, quickly, and I am really happy with the results. Best of all he also assessed the setup for my elderly parents, and installed a heat pump for them. He looked at their existing heat pumps in other parts of their house, and rather than telling them to replace them, which he could easily have done, he showed them how to maintain them to avoid expensive call out fees from the company that sold them years ago.
