About us
My name is Jon cooper and I own and operate viscous coatings limited. I have over 20 years experience in all aspects of plastering applications and originating from the uk have resided in NZ for the last 10 years.
What we do
We aim to deliver a premium service and final product. Our team covers exterior plaster, painting and cladding.
In addition we have been trained in Venetian plaster and microcement applications.
We have extensive experience and knowledge of exterior plastering and have a great attention to detail.

3 months agoWe have used the services of Viscous Coatings Ltd Plastering and Painting over a three month job.
We highly recommend Viscous Coatings Ltd they go the extra mile to deliver a thorough job. They are very punctual, pleasant and professional to work with. Jon and Shannon are exceptionally skilled and will tackle any job.
It is so good to deal with a small team without all the complications in communication and cost overruns whilst dealing with a larger company.

Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they arrived on time every day, and were very reliable and efficient. The team worked neatly and respectfully throughout the job and paid great attention to detail, with a high-quality finish at the end. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

4 months agoCompleted a small job thoroughly.
Repaired a plastered corner of our garage which had been scraped.
Reinstated the existing square edge of the corner to marry perfectly with the original detailing above and below the damage.
Paint job matched existing colour.
You could not tell that there had been any damage after the repair.
Very satisfied with service and result.
