"We had a tiler walk out on us at the beginning of a job. While I was very angry at the time for leaving us in the lurch after waiting a month for him to get started, he did us a huge favour as the quality of his workmanship was far below standard.
Fortunately, Vu and team came on board within 24 hrs to save the day. They were prompt, efficient, competent, well mannered and very easy to work with. They informed us of what needed to be done in advance of doing the job which in the end involved… a handyman and electrician. Tyler worked around them and was still able to lay the tiles in the kitchen in a day. He also came ahead of time so that he was well prepared for the day. Would recommend without hesitation."

"OMG !!! I'll sum Vu and his team up in one word, "PERFECTIONISTS" !!! I had recently had my bathroom fully done. But the workmanship and quality of the tiling was so bad that I actually had to rip all the tiles off (both wall and floor) and literally start back from scratch - bare concrete floors and re-line walls with new gib. I was gutted after having spent $$$$ I didn't know where to look for a decent tiler, word of note, stay away from Facebook Marketplace reno/tiler ads ! So I… jumped onto this site and started looking... making sure I only contacted tilers with excellent reviews. I pulled a few numbers out but most were so busy that some gave me a wait time of over six months ! Finally called Vu, he was awesome, came around when he said he would, checked out what needed to be done and started measuring things up for a proper quote. He was upfront that due to the backlog of work and holiday period there would be a bit of a wait... I was ok with that. Few days later came through the quote... I was surprised to see that it was only slightly a bit more than what I had paid to the incompetent Facebook muppets the first time round. I accepted the quote and just Vu's communication at the very offset put me at so much ease and the mountainous stress that was on my mind was lifted off instantly. Vu was clear and concise in what preparations needed to be done and suggested to save some money I could attempt it myself... he explained how to go about it and so it started (never again will I attempt removing tiles/waterproofing). Fast forward to D-Day. Vu arrived on the day and time he said he would. Over the next several days Vu and his team carried out the task at hand, my bathroom started looking as it should. Throughout Vu kept me updated and informed with the progress. Finally, upon completion I had my 5-Star bathroom ! I was just so amazed at how EACH and EVERY line from all four walls perfectly lined up. No (tile) line was out of place no matter where you stood in the bathroom. I don't know how Vu did it but he is nothing short of Genius ! If your looking at getting tiling work done, stop here... no need to call through your list of tilers numbers... Vu (Viv Tiling Ltd) is ALL YOU NEED !!!"

"Vu waterproofed and tiled 3 bathrooms, tiled out our kitchen then went on to tile our courtyard. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a quality job. "
