"We hired Richard to re-plumb our entire house from the ground up - following a rebuild after the Anniversary Weekend flooding. 2 months agoRichard did an outstanding job installing our new kitchen, laundry, and appliances. On top of that, he went above and beyond by helping us action a warranty for a hot water cylinder that was experiencing rust issues—even though it wasn’t installed by his company. We genuinely appreciated his thorough workmanship, honesty, and transparent pricing. About to book him again for work on our bathroom. Highly recommended.

2 months agoRichard replaced our hot water cylinder, as the previous one was leaking and very old. He was fast, efficient, and relieved us of having to endure cold showers for a longer period of time. I appreciated his professionalism and excellent communication. I highly recommend his service to anyone needing work done, and I will definitely be using his service in the future.

3 months agoCalled Waitakere Plumbing about a leak from my water meter. Richard arrived on the agreed day, checked it out and fixed it within an hour or so. He even answered my queries about other water related matters. Super helpful. Superb service. Reasonable rates. Recommend Richard and Waitakere Plumbing to anyone out west.

4 months agoRichard recently replaced the pipes in our toilet and repositioned our laundry tub. We were not only very happy with his excellent service but also deeply impressed with his professionalism, knowledgeability, friendliness and considerate attitude. He will be our go to plumber going forward and we would certainly like to recommend him to anyone looking for a good reliable plumber within West Auckland area!

3 months agoRich replaced the cold water expansion value on the hot water cylinder and replaced the pop-up in the bathroom vanity. He was prompt, efficient and reliable. Friendly guy and would highly recommend.
