Our first interaction was a phone call to the business to inquire if they could help us install our Samsung Digital Lock to our new door. The person on the phone was friendly and accomodating. Emails and communication were quick and efficient and we had no trouble… contacting them at all. They gave a rough estimate of the costs and approximately how long it would take for them to install the lock. All charges were disclosed and we really appreciate their transparency.

Dylan arrived much earlier than the scheduled time (yipee!). He was so friendly, kind and professional. He walked us through the process of what he was going to do and asked us our preference regarding the position of the door lock. He worked diligently and we were surprised when he was already done! He tried out the locks and showed us to make sure that it is working before he packed up and left.

I had 5 security stays installed on all of the large windows in my house. Matt did a great job of getting all of the stays at a uniform height and he was able to accommodate my… requirement for greater-than-standard window opening with the stays instead of telling me that it can't or shouldn't be done like I have had other providers claim.

I found the cost to be reasonable and fair - well worth the quality of workmanship and ease of dealing with the team.
