"Ken did a very thorough job which was exactly what I was looking for. I have had ongoing issues with my kitchen sink not draining properly. No matter how often I tried all the tricks it still recurred. The last time I employed a plumber to look at it, he came and jetted the internal pipes which improved the issue but it still happened again. Ken on the other hand cleared the pipe but noticed the water still not draining very quickly and then went searching for and found the root cause of the issue, clearly showing me photos of the pipework under the house and explaining what needed to be done. He got in there and fixed the pipes and I am confident this will be a far more long-term fix. I also appreciated his clear communication and explanations as this will help me if there are any issues in future. Thoroughly recommend."

"Ken was very accommodating. He offered to attend my plumbing over the weekend (unfortunately I was working all weekend). He came on time, gave me several options for solution to accommodate with possible costs. He was very aware with everybody having difficulties economically and gave some discounts. Cannot recommend him enough for any of your plumbing work."

"Excellent work by Ken. Was impressed with his knowledge and range of skills - fixed a broken toilet pipe, repaired a leaky pipe in the roof and reinstalled a length of guttering that had come rigt off the brackets (even gave it a clean up) great communication, punctual and very good value for money."
