"This job began as an issue with the waste/sewage pipe. Malcolm arrived with all the gear (incld a camera able to travel inside the pipes) to investigate the problem. Turned out roots had got into the pipe somewhere and were causing a major blockage, Some roots could be removed but that was a temp fix. To find the entry point required digging down ... and down! Ended up going all the way…"
