I have recommended them to two friends who have also used these guys and were also impressed.
One job was a very tricky install which another company told me it couldn't be done in that space. These guys did it no problems.
I wouldn't use anyone else.

"I had two pumps installed: one downstairs and one upstairs. The latter was problematic in that I did not want pipe crawling over the roof and the only space it would fit in was above the… built-in wardrobe, which was very narrow indeed. Chris planned the installation to travel up under the roof tiles and through the back of the wardrobe and sourced a unit that would fit the narrow space.
My elderly mother was at home on the day of installation and reported on how polite, hard-working and generally nice the \'boys\' were. The installation turned out to be more complicated than was thought but was completed on time and on budget, with great clear-up and removal and a professional and tidy result.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team.
To be fair, he has been around to fix the heat pumps a few times but the issue is the problem is not fixed.
I have spent $6500 in getting these heat pumps installed and have… not been able to enjoy the product at all.
Chris stop exploring the depths of our patience. We are extremely frustrated and take our calls - please stop fobbing us off to that Mitsubishi technician or that you are busy, on a job, with a customer, etc etc. We bought the heat pump from you after the tall promises you made and we want it fixed. With attitude like that, I am not sure if you will have enough clients to deal with.
I impress upon on you to take some immediate action as honestly Fair Go is where I am off to next.

* Chris had a bad attitude and kept badmouthing DVS and asking us to go through Advanced Air S. instead - not professional for a subcontractor.
* They did NOT seal the pipe going into the unit from outside, so water has been coming into the walls since the installation.
* They cracked and damaged our external cladding when drilling the hole, and did not… own up to it or even mention it until we realised recently after the damage was done. Fair enough the outside material is old and brittle BUT it is unethical not to say anything to your customer and to leave it like this.
"* They screwed the wifi dongle directly onto the top of the heatpump (instead of inside where it should be), causing damage to the HP cover, and inability to access it due to its proximity to the ceiling.
This caused significant leak into our wall over this winter, causing damage, black mould and leaks.
Calling DVS to sort this out, they even mentioned they no longer worked with AAS due to their poor work quality, attitude, and incompetence from other experiences they had.
Avoid this company. They have no idea what they're doing, and are not professional in any way.
