"I have just been to Kyle at Brendon motors in Karori. First time user and definitely will be an all time user. Super friendly, I didn't make a booking, showed up, Kyle fixed it then and there. ????Kyle is the new business owner. I'm wishing him and his team the very best. "These guys impress me time after time. Simon and his team really look after us, frequently turning around repairs same day on our busy work van. They've got parts in across town in a couple of hours, rescued our van from being stranded at the side of the road and even knocked off quick fixes before I take it to work in the morning. They are always thinking ahead to the next WOF or service, really taking responsibility for the long term maintenance of our vehicle. Always good communication and… sensible estimates even when they're flat out. Can't recommend these guys enough, make them your go-to garage, you won't regret it."

"Brendons did a fine job on a relatively straightforward job, but, on another car which had a more challenging issue, came up with some incorrect reasons for needing a part, and ended up with the car still having the issue plus a bill for time spent.
Not happy and all I got was a gratis WOF which I probably won't take up after our son going there for a WOF. To top it all off, they had the car for over a week."

"I have taken my cars to Simon for years, I have always received a very professional service. The costs have been very reasonable and I cant remember a time I have ever been dissatisfied with their service or work. I continue to take my cars from Johnsonville to him for this very reason. "The worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. I spent $700 to get park break fixed. When the car was delivered the problem was not fixed and my family was endangered in the process. I went back to the shop and rather than apologizing the mechanics took a hostile attitude and stated that it wasn't their fault if I had bought a faulty car. Eventually the owner apologized, but rather than finding a reasonable and quick solution proposed to replace the whole park break system, for an extra… cost upwards of $1000 including parts which to the mechanics' own admission were not faulty. Total nightmare which costed me unnecessary stress and waste of time. Never again."

"4 months ago, my car's brake pads began to wear. Just moving to the area, I rung and scheduled a time for my brake pads to be replaced. The guy rang and let me know the estimate price which was more than their original quote. However, during the phone call he disclosed that he had began the work so I didn't have much choice but to go ahead with the work done and pay for it. A couple of months later, my brakes began making a horrible crunching noise each time I used them. It wasn't normal and I… decided to go back to my original garage in Johnsonville which is an additional 20 minute drive and asked them to take a look at my brakes. They did and on taking a look, noticed that the brake pad put in were of very low quality. I feel ripped off and frustrated. I expect a better service for my money! I won't be going back and will happily drive an extra 20 minutes to get a proper job done."

"Took our car to Simon after the engine check light came on. He gave me a price to diagnose the problem. He called around midday to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix. I gave him the go ahead. Car was ready to pick up at the end of the day. Very impressed with the communication, work done and the quick turn around. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"Great service. Our car just refused to start one morning, we needed to get it towed down to Brendon Motors in Karori. Simon and the team looked it over, gave us a call to clear the work and had the car ready by the end of the day. This is just one of several great experiences we've had with the team in Marsden Village, and we're now regular customers. Great mechanics that you can trust are invaluable, and after several dodgy experiences in the Wellington region I would now not go anywhere else."
