"We had two bathrooms plus an additional toilet designed and installed by Coriander Design in 2009.We had numerous problems with them during the project and we are still asking for things to be fixed three years after the job was completed. It started off with things like a window being put in the wrong place, which we had to pay to move, the level of the floor not being the same as the rest of the house, a toilet set too low and additional costs which we were led to believe would be included.… Later on we discovered that the fans weren\'t installed properly, the grouting was substandard, a tap literally snapped off the wall, metal filings were left in a toilet cistern, wall papering had to be redone ... the list goes on. Each time we asked for things to be fixed we were left with the impression that we were complaining about nothing and on many occasions were left to deal with manufacturers direct rather than have Coriander remedy the problem for us. We are still waiting for the waste in the main bathroom vanity to be fixed as the waste pipe is angled upwards which affects the drainage flow. Also, the rubber washer is mangled due to being incorrectly installed. We\'ve had another plumber look at it and his advice was to re-install the waste at the correct angle. Coriander have said that it is not a priority and it looks like we are left to foot the bill to fix yet another of their botched up jobs. All of this has caused us considerable stress, cost us a lot of money and left us feeling fed up and frustrated. This company is a joke and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using them to think again."
