"THEFT! We used this moving company. The moving was fine. The theft of all of our jewellery ($30,000) worth was not! The police say that they have had a another complaint about one of the workers who did our move - but can’t prove it. Be warned using this company or any company as apparently that worker is now with another company. The jewellery contained family treasures handed down from our great grandparents as well as my hand made engagement ring. IRREPLACEABLE and so very upsetting."

"You should be very careful while they are moving your stuff because they are stealing your belongings whiteout any hesitation.
Definitely have insurance for your stuff.
They stole lots of our jewellery and perfumes."

"I asked for a Booking.
When Roger confirmed by email I founded out they will charge depot to depot.
So I immediately reply by email and canceled the booking.
On the day of my moving they showed up stating they have a booking from my address. Ken Auelua sent me an email showing my booking request, so I replied showing him my cancellation email. Another person (male) left a voice message on my mobile phone chasing me after days. I mean......................what went wrong? The fact they are… operating under two different names...............with so many bad reviews on the first one it doesn't help their business I guess."

"Would not use this mover ever again. They had a big truck but the movers were extremely slow, and claimed to not have lunch when reaching the destination. Moved out from a 3-bedroom-place and it took almost a whole day to relocate for us - not to mention the big bill we were charged."
