    "I do not think I have ever met a nicer more honest person than Steve. Newviewconstruction was used for land assessment for various new build jobs, each time, consultants arrived on time, New view construction focus was on what I wanted rather than what was best for them, refreshing. My next new build will be with Steve and newviewconstruction."

    "In early 2011 we contracted New View Construction to build our Architecturally designed substantial
    410 sqm home in Fendalton.
    Right from the outset we were most impressed with the professionalism and efficiency displayed by Steve and his team. We found the workmanship and attention to detail to be first rate and in fact Steve was extremely accommodating when requested by us to make changes and alterations throughout the duration of the project.
    The complete building process was made easy… and enjoyable for us by New View Construction and at the completion of the project we were extremely satisfied with the quality of our new home which was finished on time and within budget by New view Construction.

    We found the team at New View construction to be hard working ,completely professional and a joy to work with.We would certainly use them again for future projects and would have no hesitation in recommending New View Construction as a first rate organisation.-Noel & Nikki Dew    "

    "Do not use New View construction if it's the last building company left! These guys are absolute cowboys. It's taken 12 months to complete our 3 bedroom 179m2 house, the workmanship was shoddy (very bad finishing) Steve's wife (Jane) hounds you for payment before it's even due and is rude with it. Their communication was terrible - Steve (the builder) and his sub-contractors never showed up when they said they would and things were never finished when they said they would be. I would never,… ever use this company again."
