"Wonderful service. I rang Graham and he answered straight away, even though he was out on a job. He booked me in for the first thing the next morning as he understood the urgency in my request.
He came on time and was well prepared. He worked quickly and sufficiently and had completed the job in about half an hour. He was knowledgeable of what he was doing and explained the process to me. He was polite and friendly, took his shoes off at the door and brought a drop cloth and was very… respectful of our home.

He charged a very reasonable price and explained the breakdown of the bill.

I would recommend and will be getting him in again if our fireplace requires further maintenance.

"Terrible. Organised the chimney sweep 5 weeks in advance of moving in to the new house. They sent me a text the day before to confirm they would be there about 8 am ish. Never showed. Do not use if you actually want anything doing."

"Useless - don't know why he has a business. Emailed the job to him three weeks ago, no acknowledgement. Called him a couple of days after the email stressing they were urgent, said yeah yeah i'll get around to it and treat as a priority. Nothing. Waste of bloody time"

"Awful experience. I found Graham to be very rude. He walked in to the house with his footwear on, criticised the look of the fireplace, conducted his Trademe business on his mobile inside my house. When I saw him out the door, he hung around singing songs and looking around. I couldn't wait for him to leave. "
