"This builder is a shocker at overcharging and creating work where not necessary. He charged me about 80% above his estimated contract price because he is arrogant and does not listen to what client wants. He thinks he knows best but is just a rip off merchant never admitting to his mistakes and liability to do the correct thing. Use this company and builder at your peril."
