  "I recently have had a bad experience with this company as I was disputing an invoice for a small job which had been fixed 5 months prior for approx $100, to get a bill for nearly $500 for a new tap. I did not receive a call to be told that this was what was required. I left a message asking Carson to call me about the invoice, which he never did. 5 months later I received a letter from a credit control company demanding payment that week with another $180 added onto the bill. I spoke with… Carson who said he was aware I had an issue with the bill, and said his \'office\' had tried calling me on several occasions (I never received any voice messages). He later changed his mind and said he wasn\'t aware I had a dispute with the invoice and that he had never received a message from me. He finished the call saying he would look into it for me and give me a call back. He never did, and I rang back on a couple of occasions and sent several emails, including cc\'ing him on emails to the credit control co. Long story short he ignored my complaint completely, and I ended up having to pay the credit control co. for fear of being taken to court which was the next step. Not impressed at all. A little customer service would have gone a long way. I will not be using him or his company again."
