  "Contacting Dean and getting him to respond is very very difficult. He did say that email was better however he still does not respond in a timely manner. Dean finally arrived and he is a very personable and very nice man. However Dean made a mistake on my job and I am still waiting for him to come and repair it. I have rung numerous times, since well before Christmas, I have emailed, I have sent text messages, all of which he has failed to respond to. Very very disappointing. He has… accepted responsibility for this mistake (which is a good thing, Insurance’s have been involved and he did say his Insurance would cover his mistake, however he has not responded to any correspondence at all.) however does not appear to be willing to rectify it. My Insurance have stated he cannot get paid until he rectifies the issue. I have tried to be really conciliatory and gentle in my text, emails and phone calls to him, he is just ignoring me. I do feel now that I will need to go down the legal avenue and possibly contacting Fair go, I am reluctant to do this as it can and probably will impact terribly on a business, it is just that I am at my wits end. I would never use this company again, as the service was dreadful and the job was second rate. I want Dean to rectify his mistake and get paid, this at least would offset some of the expense of repairing the problem. Very very poor service and response.

  "When our water pump broke down at Easter, with visitors about to arrive, our usual plumber was unable to help then but he recommended this company. On contacting Dean with our emergency, he left his job at a house under construction and came immediately. After providing a loan pump, he later fittted a new one to our liking. His service and quality of work impressed us and I would have no hesitation in recommending him."

  "Dean (the owner of the company) exceeded all my expectations. The work involved a home and income where a previous plumber had crossed over the piping giving wrong readings on the 2 meters and adversely affecting the hot water supplies to the 2 showers when turned on by either tenant. this was a very complex job and Dean methodically went through all the options, drawing diagrams in great detail. He solved the problem on his first attempt. I highly recommend Dean for any pulmbing jobs."
