I have been to other automotive shops and have been ripped off and left disappointed, but when i have worked with Chuck and the crew it has always been on-time and a good price. They had reasonable prices and got the job done within required time frames and didn't hesitate at all with our requests. He also gave us more information when we looked at other things to get done on our car and has good network with other people. Not only is the work they carry out very thorough, but almost always done on time..if not, then the communication was awesome. Keeping us informed every step of the way, making sure that we understood what was happening. Even going just that extra mile, checking to see if the car was ok after leaving the workshop.
