  "Phil came and repainted and refurbished our family room/kitchen which didn't get done back in 2009 due to us having overseas visitors. We are still blown away with how our house looks after that refurbishment, now the house looks better than new! Friends and family that visit have all remarked on what an excellent job has been done. Now for the outside!!! and without doubt Phil will get the job. Its so refreshing to come across a "genuine" person offering top notch service at… such reasonable rates. I couldn't speak more highly of Phil and his work......"

  "Phil did a complete refurbishment of the inside of our house, except for the family room and kitchen. The work included replacing our ensuite, a total paint job right throughout the house, right down to replacing door knobs and light fittings. Being able to trust someone and leave them alone in my house is very important to me and I have no hesitation in saying that Phil is totally trustworthy, locked up the house and set the alarm when finished. The workmanship is outstanding, abslutely top… notch and he always goes that extra mile to ensure that things are done and the customer is happy. We have used Phil for various small jobs around the house now and without a doubt he is \"simply the best\"!"

  "I considered my job a small job; however Phil was prompt to respond to my enquiry and arranged a time to view the work required. He listened to my thoughts on the work, but also gave his ideas and opinion on the way forward to get a good result without huge cost. I would certainly recommend him and was very happy with the work done and time frame in which it was done, and would not hesitate to use him again."

  "Philip Neighbour from the Property Professionals installed a Smartvent system for my family. It has bee absolutely excellent in keeping condensation out of the house. I would highly recommend using this gentleman, he is reliable, cheerful and friendly and explained everything in detail when I asked him about something. Will definately use him again in the future."

  "Phil displayed a great deal of knowledge in dealing with a tricky problem. He was on time, focused and organised. He had the right tools for the job and got straight to work. The final outcome looked great and functioned just as he said it would.
  Once the job was completed he cleaned up and left the property better than when he arrived.
  Phil not only completed the job on time but went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy.
