"On 30 September I purchased a new caravan jockey wheel. It failed and was all but impossible to turn. When travelling through Levin I revisited the store where the sales person agreed it was not right. The guy offered no meaningful assistance to us at all and in response to my suggestion that we try some oil, he said he didn’t know what oil to use. Didn’t even try to suggest that we buy some oil. The guy was a total waste of space and his manager sounded no better. So we walked… out. Later in T?rangi I tried to buy some oil but the guy told us to bring the wheel in and he fixed it. Pity I can’t score Repco less than zero."

"returned the part unopened without any damages got told to swipe my card and money will be there straight away got given the receipt,walked outside checked account money not there go back inside just to get told now it can take overnight asked to see manager but got told to **** off as he's busy,left rang back 30 minutes later to get hold of manager got told i need to contact my bank as its not there problem,so now i have to cop extra cost and worst place to ever go for parts,hope someone can… point me in the right direction to wea to go from here as I've lost fair amount of earnings because of repco levin"

"Unfortunately they took advantage of our emergency and sold us a part on Saturday for 360 bucks, which is on the internet from the same company also new for 80 bucks. Even the company on the other side of the street sold it for 200, but unfortunately didn't had it on stock. Also after calling them again they didn't change anything. Not nice behavior to cheat on 20 year old tourists! "
