      "Although I'm generally happy with the overall result of the work, it was a mission getting them installed. Their team aren't very good at communicating with clients - any time there was a phone call it was me ringing them to a response of "I'll find out and call you right back" only to never hear back until I rang them! Different story when the bill is sent though, they're very quick to contact you then."

      "We are really happy with our skylights, have a dark old lockwood and has transformed it completely, wish we could have them in every room! A bit of a mix up in communication and ended up on a waiting list But was quickly remedied once we worked that out. Joe and his workmate were personable and did a wonderful job. Thanks again."

      "Jeff quoted and installed our Skylight within three weeks of us first making contact with him. His Knowledge of the products was comprehensive and his manner friendly and professional.
